These Royals will ruin you…

From wharf fights and school brawls to crumbling lives inside glittery mansions, one guy tries to save himself.
Reed Royal has it all—looks, status, money. The girls at his elite prep school line up to date him, the guys want to be him, but Reed never gave a damn about anyone but his family until Ella Harper walked into his life.
What started off as burning resentment and the need to make his father’s new ward suffer turned into something else entirely—keep Ella close. Keep Ella safe. But when one foolish mistake drives her out of Reed’s arms and brings chaos to the Royal household, Reed’s entire world begins to fall apart around him.
Ella doesn’t want him anymore. She says they’ll only destroy each other.
She might be right.
Secrets. Betrayal. Enemies. It’s like nothing Reed has ever dealt with before, and if he’s going to win back his princess, he’ll need to prove himself Royally worthy.

My thoughts

What. The. Heck. Did. I. Just. Read?

After Ella ran away from the Royals, Reed was really hurt because it was his fault why Ella ran away. After Ella was gone, it also causes misunderstandings between Reed and his brothers, and everything got really worse even in the Astor Park School.

While Ella, she didn’t know whom she would believe. She can’t really trust the people around her because of what Reed did to her.

But how long she would keep her guard, if she still coming back to him?

In the Paper Princess, it was told from the point of view of Ella; while in the Broken Prince, it was now told by Reed and Ella, and it’s really amazing that I got to know Reed’s perspectives in the second book.

In the Broken Prince, the dirty secrets were suddenly revealed, but I know that it was an appetizer for us, Royal fans. Cheers for more dirty secrets! LOL.

We got to know each character and their development in the story. Though, I know it was only the half of their true form, it was still amazing to know them deep inside. They became stronger and braver as the story progress. I liked the character of Val here because she was so funny! I really ship her with Easton. 🙂

For the whole story, to be honest, I waited so long what would really happen. It dragged so slow that waiting for the exciting parts seem so stretched. The sexy and sweet parts between Reed and Ella still made me giddy.

All in all, the cliffhanger was absolutely mind-blowing, and I can’t wait for the next one. A good story, great characters, it receives a 4 stars rating for me. 🙂
